My Keurig Vue700 stopped working about 3 months ago. I called customer service, and all I got from them was "try cleaning it out". I explained that I had done that already, and the response I got was a detailed explanation of how to "thoroughly" clean out my machine. Good overpriced coffee but while it works I LOVE IT but good things should last longer than 6 months Now On our 3rd and last brewer over 30 months Life expectancy is short, they plug up and die not a quality produce lacks longevity slowly slowly slowly dribble out coffee cleaning procedure and cleaners -descaling etc very temporary fix just a flash product with no expectancy of long service the first one -a gift- lasted about a year the next one we bought from costco lasted about 8 months and they replaced it and now this one is dribbling away to slow death....too bad i like the coffee...
